Agri AI app (live.agriai) — account and data deletion

How it works

Fill in the form below. It prepares an e-mail to [email protected] in your mail app; press Send there.
Send it from the e-mail address of your Agri AI account, so we can confirm the request is yours. We may ask you to confirm by reply.
We process verified requests within 30 days and confirm by e-mail when it is done.
Never send your password. Agri AI will never ask for it.

What is deleted

Your account and sign-in, profile (name, job, country, crops, photo) and farms.
Your chat history, diagnoses, photos, videos, feedback and notifications.
Your community posts, replies and photos (removed, or anonymised where removal would break a thread).

What may be kept

Purchase records that the app store or the law require us to keep, and moderation records needed to handle abuse, only as long as necessary.
Backups are erased on their normal rotation, within 30 days.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it first in your app store → Payments & subscriptions.

I understand that deleted data cannot be recovered.

Your mail app should now open with the request. Press Send there. If nothing opened, copy the text below and send it to [email protected] from your account e-mail.
